Welcome to Advantage Stringing. I'm here to provide you with the best tennis racquet stringing service possible. I offer an excellent selection of strings for you to choose from. Everything from synthetic gut, multifilament, poly and natural gut. Please make sure to click the above links to navigate your way through.
As an independant stringer, I offer a low cost, high service for your racquet. I work out of my house and have little to no overhead so the savings over a sporting goods store or club can be substantial. I have been stringing racquets for over 25 years, so my experience can work for you. Also, I'm a member of the United States Tennis Association (USTA). My goal is to provide you with 24hr turnaround service. When you break a string, you need it restrung fast. I know because I'm a player, too. I played in high school, college and have played in tournaments most of my adult life. I have been highly ranked (#1 singles and doubles in the Kansas District of the Missouri Valley) and have experimented with different strings under different circumstances and conditions. I use a professional Alpha Revo 4000 stringing machine and I calibrate it regularly to ensure stringing consistency. This step makes sure your string job will be a consistent tension every time. Alpha is rated as one of the top stringing machines on the market today.
For an additional $2, I can pickup and deliver your racquet to you or you can drop it off yourself. Please call or email me to set up a time for drop off to make sure I'm at home. Generally, I can pick up and deliver in the Wichita metro area (Monday through Friday only), and can do the same in central Kansas on a semi-regular basis. Contact me to discuss my route schedule.
In order to build my business, I am offering a $10 string job on your first stringing. Also, once you have strung your racquet 10 times, your next string job is free. When you refer-a-friend, your friend will receive a $10 first time string job and you'll receive $4 off your next string job. For each friend you refer, you'll receive an additional $4 off. You can build them up as a credit towards any string. For example, refer 3 friends and get $12 towards any string you want.
You can send your racquet(s) to me via USPS/UPS and I'll string it for you and return it. For a low cost shipping box, get 2 priority mail boxes from the USPS (free), tape them together and mail them to me. Generally, it's less than $5 to mail it. I will charge $4 return postage no matter where you are located (in the CONUS only). Go here for the form you'll need when you send your racquet(s).
